In order to transfer your email and/or website to Creative Natives, you need to cancel your hosting service with your current provider. To assist you in this process, we have listed the most common hosting companies below together with the procedure that they require.

Adept

1) Fax and email a termination letter on your company’s letterhead. For private or individuals a normal letter will suffice i.e no letterhead.
2) The letter must be signed by the account holder with Adept.
3) Make a follow-up call to the cancellations department to ensure that the termination request has been received and processed.
4) The transfer ticket must be submitted with the Registrant’s details.

1)To cancel your hosting with Afrihost.com you need to browse to Afrihost
2)Login with your email address and password and follow the termination procedure.
3)There will be a 30 day notice period before Creative Natives may submit the transfer ticket.
4)Make a follow-up call to the cancellations department to ensure that the termination request has been received and processed.

2) The request must originate from the email address they have on record and include a clearly scanned copy of an identity document i.e. passport, drivers license or national identity document.
3) Termination requests originating from an alternative email address will be ignored.
4) Make a follow-up call to the cancellations department to ensure that the termination request has been received and processed.

Snowball

1)You have to give 1 month’s calendar notice for the termination of services and the below steps have to be followed.
2)Log into the client area
3)Click on the link in the top navigation called ‘Services’
4)Locate the service you want to cancel and click on the view details icon on the right hand side
5)Click on the button at the bottom of that page called ‘Request Cancellation’
6)Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation
7)Choose Cancellation Type, ‘Immediate’ or ‘End of Billing Period’.
8)Please note that even if you choose Immediately you are still liable for payment till the end of the billing period. Snowball has a 30-day cancellation policy.
9)Select the ‘Request Cancellation’ button
10)Make a follow-up call to the cancellations department to ensure that the termination request has been received and processed.
